The through hole is used for extracting or pumping fluid into the cavity so that pressure difference can be formed between the cavity and the outer portion of the protection block and the protection assembly can be driven to float or sink. The N connecting pieces are connected between every two adjacent protective blocks of the N protective blocks in a one-to-one correspondence mode and connect and fix every two adjacent protective blocks.
