The single pile foundation protection device comprises a protection assembly and N connecting pieces, the protection assembly is annular and is formed by splicing N sequentially-connected protection blocks, an inner hole allowing a single pile foundation to penetrate is defined by the multiple protection blocks, the protection blocks are provided with cavities with downward openings, through holes are formed in the top sides of the protection blocks, and the through holes are communicated with the through holes. The through hole is used for extracting or pumping fluid into the cavity so that pressure difference can be formed between the cavity and the outer portion of the protection block and the protection assembly can be driven to float or sink. The N connecting pieces are connected between every two adjacent protective blocks of the N protective blocks in a one-to-one correspondence mode and connect and fix every two adjacent protective blocks.
