The invention belongs to the technical field of seamless track line laying, discloses a seamless track line laying method adopting middle locking and two-end stretching, and aims to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, when a seamless track line is laid, a construction skylight is wasted in the construction process that stretching and locking can be carried out at a dragon tail only after a closure gap is welded and locked. The method comprises the steps that the unit rail section steel rail length of a steel rail is calculated according to the upsetting amount and reserved rail gaps, the steel rail is locked according to the unit rail section steel rail length, and at a closure gap, a welding machine is used for stretching and closing the reserved rail gaps; stretching and welding towards the closure gap direction by taking the upsetting amount as the stretching amount; and stretching towards the dragon tail at the dragon tail, and connecting with the existing steel rail through a clamping plate after stretching.
