Environment-friendly aluminum-chromium brick for copper-nickel smelting furnace
The invention discloses an environment-friendly aluminum-chromium brick for a copper-nickel smelting furnace. The aluminum-chromium brick for the copper-nickel smelting furnace comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-70% of particles with the particle size of 4-0mm; 10-20% of fine powder with the particle size of less than or equal to 0.06 mm; 20-30% of micro powder with a particle size of less than or equal to 0.045 mm, and 0.1-0.4% of boron carbide micro powder; and 2-5% of a binding agent is added. The aluminum-chromium brick for the copper-nickel smelting furnace has better normal-temperature and high-temperature performance, excellent melt mechanical erosion resistance, low porosity and good erosion resistance and permeation resistance; the boron carbide B4C micro powder added into the aluminum-chromium brick can be used as an antioxidant in the copper-nickel oxygen-enriched smelting and blowing process on one hand, and on the other hand, boron oxide B2O3 generated by oxidizing B4C can be used as an acidic oxide to reduce the content of hexavalent chromium compounds formed in the brick body due to the existence of basic oxides.
