The invention relates to a copper smelting reverberatory furnace top refractory brick which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of 3-5mm large-particle fused magnesite; 30 to 70 parts of macrocrystalline fused magnesite with a particle size of 3 to 5 mm; 30 to 60 parts of macrocrystalline fused magnesite with a particle size of 0.1 to 1 mm; the particle size of the used refractory brick for the cement kiln is 0.1-1 mm 20 to 40 parts of the raw materials; 1-3 parts of 235-mesh calcium sulfate whiskers; 0.5 to 2 parts of magnesium sulfate powder with a particle size of 0.1 to 0.2 mm; 0.5-2 parts of aluminum polychlorid powder of 200 meshes; and 2-5 parts of 200-mesh sodium alginate powder. The periclase crystal sizes of the raw materials of the large-crystal fused magnesite and the large-particle fused magnesite are different, and the small-size crystal phase and the large-size crystal phase complement each other. The used refractory brick for the cement kiln comprises a mixture of used magnesia-alumina spinel bricks, magnesia-chrome bricks and magnesia-hercynite bricks, so that the use amount of large-crystal fused magnesia and large-particle fused magnesia can be reduced, and natural resources are saved. Meanwhile, the magnesite-chrome bricks and the magnesium-hercynite bricks make up for the defect of high brittleness of macrocrystalline fused magnesite, and the compressive strength of the refractory brick is improved.
