The invention relates to a secondary pouring construction method for a double-wall steel cofferdam. The secondary pouring construction method comprises the steps that a hoisting platform is built at the position of a pier; the first double-wall steel cofferdam is hoisted to a hoisting platform, and a first blade foot is welded to the first double-wall steel cofferdam; the first double-wall steel cofferdam is lowered, and the second double-wall steel cofferdam is welded to the first double-wall steel cofferdam; the two sections of double-wall steel cofferdams are lowered to a riverbed; water in the double-wall steel cofferdam is discharged, and a hoisting platform is built at the position of the next pier; after construction of the pier is completed, the double-wall steel cofferdam is cut, the second blade foot is welded to the bottom of the second double-wall steel cofferdam, and the second double-wall steel cofferdam is put down; the first double-wall steel cofferdam is divided into a pouring part and an inserting part, and the pouring part is welded to the second double-wall steel cofferdam; the pouring part and the second double-wall steel cofferdam are lowered to a riverbed; and the steps are repeated, and water-free environment construction is conducted on the other bridge pier positions. The double-wall steel cofferdam has the advantages that the number of the double-wall steel cofferdams needing to be used is reduced, and the bridge fabrication cost is reduced.
