Multi-stage energy consumption self-resetting friction type damper
The invention discloses a multi-stage energy consumption self-resetting friction type damper which comprises a self-resetting module composed of a shape memory alloy bar and a baffle. The friction energy consumption module is composed of an inner pulling and pressing plate, a high-strength bolt, a friction plate, stainless steel, a belleville spring and channel steel; the limiting module is composed of a limiting plate and an external connecting device. According to the damper, different damping forces can be obtained by adjusting the pre-tightening force of the high-strength bolts and the types and the number of the friction plates, and different self-resetting capacities can be obtained by adjusting the types, the number and the diameters of the SMA bars. Through the self-resetting function, post-earthquake residual deformation of a structure or a component is reduced; the damper main body structure is prevented from generating overlarge plastic deformation and damage through friction energy consumption, and the time and cost required by normal function recovery of the structure after an earthquake are reduced; and through the combined action with different structural members, the performance design of the building structure is achieved, different performance targets are achieved, and then the requirements of the structure for different anti-seismic performance are met.
