Hydraulic shovel and hydraulic shovel control method
A hydraulic shovel is provided with: a power take-off device; the engine is connected with the power output device; the hydraulic pump for rotation is connected with the power output device and is driven by the engine; a hydraulic motor for rotation, which is driven by the hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump for rotation; a first main oil passage connecting a first discharge port of the hydraulic pump for rotation and a first suction port of the hydraulic motor for rotation; a second main oil passage connecting a second discharge port of the hydraulic pump for rotation and a second suction port of the hydraulic motor for rotation; a neutral holding valve which is disposed in the first main oil passage and the second main oil passage and controls the flow of the hydraulic oil; a regenerated energy absorbing device connected to the power take-off device and absorbing regenerated energy generated by hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic motor for rotation to the hydraulic pump for rotation through an outlet throttle opening of the neutral holding valve; and a valve control unit that controls the area of the outlet throttle opening on the basis of the state of the regenerative energy absorption device.
