According to the high-mixing-amount solid waste-based mine filling material and the preparation method thereof, the high-mixing-amount solid waste-based mine filling material is obtained based on the high-mixing-amount solid waste-based mine filling material composition, and the effects of retarding and early strength can be well considered. The composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10 to 60 percent of aluminate cement, 10 to 80 percent of high-calcium mineral, 10 to 80 percent of aggregate and 0.01 to 1 percent of retarder, and the sum of the weight of the aluminate cement, the weight of the high-calcium mineral and the weight of the aggregate is 100 percent. Wherein the weight content of free calcium oxide in the high-calcium mineral is 2-40%; the weight ratio of the aluminate cement to the high-calcium mineral is (3: 1)-(1: 8).
本发明提供一种高掺量固废基矿井充填材料及其制备方法,该高掺量固废基矿井充填材料基于高掺量固废基矿井充填材料组合物得到,能够很好的兼顾缓凝、早强两方面的效果。所述组合物包括铝酸盐水泥、高钙矿物、骨料和缓凝剂,以铝酸盐水泥、高钙矿物和骨料的重量之和为100%计,各组分的重量百分比如下:铝酸盐水泥10‑60%,高钙矿物10‑80%,骨料10‑80%,缓凝剂0.01‑1%;其中,所述高钙矿物中的游离氧化钙重量含量为2‑40%;所述铝酸盐水泥和所述高钙矿物的重量比为3:1‑1:8。
