The invention provides a solid waste-based mine filling material, which comprises 20-50 parts by weight of desulfurized building gypsum, 15-35 parts by weight of cement, 0-30 parts by weight of fly ash, 0-5 parts by weight of an early strength agent, 5-10 parts by weight of gasified slag and 10-50 parts by weight of coal gangue particles, and the desulfurized building gypsum comprises 60-90% by weight of beta-hemihydrate gypsum, 0-15% by weight of III-type anhydrous gypsum and 0-25% by weight of dihydrate gypsum. The invention further provides a filling body for mine backfilling and a mine backfilling method. The solid waste-based mine filling material provided by the invention is high in solid waste utilization rate, low in cost, capable of obtaining excellent solidification performance and mechanical performance, high in solidification speed, capable of keeping high compressive strength in the early stage and the later stage, and good in strength durability, so that the solid waste-based mine filling material can be widely applied as a novel, high-strength and rapid-solidification filling material.
