Steel slag modification and valuable element recovery method
The invention discloses a steel slag modification and valuable element recovery method, and relates to the field of recycling of metallurgical industrial waste slag. The steel slag modification and valuable element recovery method comprises the following steps: step 1, after tapping of a primary smelting furnace is finished, adding a modifier at the bottom of a modification reduction furnace or along with a liquid slag flow in advance in a high-temperature steel slag pouring process; 2, after the modified hot slag obtained in the step 1 is poured into a modification reduction furnace on line, fuel gas is injected into a modification reduction furnace opening, the temperature of the slag is increased to be 1450-1650 DEG C, and meanwhile the slag in a molten pool is stirred; 3, a reducing agent is sprayed and blown to the modified slag at a modification reduction furnace opening; and 4, after reduction is finished, the molten slag molten pool is killed, and layering of the molten slag and the metal iron liquid is achieved. According to the method provided by the invention, the steel slag is subjected to melting modification and carbon thermal reduction treatment by utilizing the waste heat of the steel slag in the deslagging process, and valuable elements in the slag are reduced as far as possible by injecting fuel gas and a reducing agent.
本发明公开了一种钢渣改质及有价元素回收方法,涉及冶金工业废渣的循环利用领域。钢渣改质及有价元素回收方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1:初炼炉出钢完毕后,在高温钢渣倒渣过程中,事先在改质还原炉底部或随液态渣流加入改质剂;步骤2:将步骤1的改质后热态熔渣在线倒入改质还原炉中后,在改质还原炉口喷吹燃气,对熔渣进行补温在1450℃‑1650℃范围内,同时使熔池内熔渣搅动;步骤3:在改质还原炉口对改质熔渣喷吹还原剂;步骤4:还原结束后,将熔渣熔池镇静,实现熔渣和金属铁液分层。本发明提供的方法,利用出渣过程中钢渣余热,对钢渣进行熔融改质和碳热还原处理,通过喷吹燃气并喷吹还原剂确保渣中有价元素尽可能还原。
