A self-resetting high-strength and high-damping rubber support comprises an upper support steel plate (1) and a lower support steel plate (2) and is characterized in that a support upper sealing plate (3) is arranged at the bottom of the upper support steel plate (1), the bottom face of the support upper sealing plate (3) is arranged to be an upper sealing plate convex face (4), and a support lower sealing plate (5) is arranged on the upper surface of the lower support steel plate (2). A lower sealing plate concave surface (6) is arranged on the upper surface of the support lower sealing plate (5), and a plurality of curved surface steel plates (7) are arranged between the support upper sealing plate (3) and the support lower sealing plate (5). The self-resetting support is reasonable in structure, the constraining force between the steel plates and a rubber layer is increased, damping is increased, the horizontal rigidity and shear strength are improved, and the self-resetting support has a good self-resetting function; and in addition, the high-damping rubber support has higher rotating capacity than a common high-damping rubber support in a vertical plane, and can better adapt to rotating deformation of a beam body.
