The cable steering device of the cable releasing hook comprises a support, wherein the support comprises a first installation area and a second installation area which are sequentially arranged in the first transverse direction; the cable hook body is rotationally connected to the first mounting area through a first rotating shaft; the steering part is installed in the second installation area, the steering part and the cable hook body are arranged in a spaced mode, and the cable can be connected to the cable hook body after being wound around the steering part. According to the cable steering device of the cable releasing hook, due to the fact that the steering part and the cable hook body are basically arranged in the first transverse direction at intervals, the extension direction of the cable is changed when the cable passes through the steering part, and the extension direction originally having an included angle of nearly 90 degrees relative to the horizontal plane is changed into the basically horizontal extension direction; in other words, the extending direction of the mooring rope between the steering piece and the cable hook body is the basically horizontal extending direction, the notch of the cable hook body is located above the cable hook body, the mooring rope is not prone to being accidentally disengaged from the cable hook body, and the use reliability of the cable hook body is improved.
