The slope support construction method comprises the steps that earthwork is excavated, the current elevation is reduced, and a first slope is formed; column plate wall construction is conducted on the first side slope; earthwork is excavated to the elevation of a reserved platform in a layered mode, and the reserved platform is used for follow-up construction of supporting piles; earthwork at the end, away from the column plate wall, of the reserved platform is excavated in a layered sloping mode according to the first slope ratio, so that a second slope is formed, and the second slope is temporarily supported through a composite soil nailing wall; earthwork on the side, away from the reserved platform, of the second side slope is excavated in a layered sloping mode at the second slope rate, and a third side slope and a foundation pit are formed; the support piles are constructed at the reserved platforms; and the second slope is excavated to the planned pavement design elevation in a layered mode. According to the slope support construction method, the construction period can be effectively shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved.
