A slope support construction system comprises rear-row slide-resistant piles, middle-row slide-resistant piles, front-row slide-resistant piles, rear-row crown beams, middle-row crown beams, front-row crown beams, a top plate between the middle-row piles and the front-row piles, a bottom plate between the middle-row piles and the front-row piles, a waist beam, anchor heads, anchor cables and plain concrete. A rear-row crown beam is arranged at the upper end of the rear-row anti-slide pile When the anchor cable is formed, grouting is conducted in an anchor cable hole through the two grouting pipes, and the two grouting pipes alternately communicate with one control valve assembly to achieve secondary grouting; waist beams are arranged at the positions, located at the outer ends of the anchor cables, of the side slope, anchor heads are arranged at the outer ends of the anchor cables, the waist beams are pressed on the side slope through the anchor heads, and middle-row crown beams are arranged at the upper ends of the middle-row anti-slide piles.
