The invention relates to a slope support construction technology, and relates to the technical field of slope support, and the construction technology comprises the following steps: determining a hole site; drilling an initial hole: drilling to obtain the initial hole, wherein the diameter of the initial hole is smaller than that of the mounting hole; forming a mounting hole: extruding and reaming the initial hole through an extruding device to form the mounting hole; anchor rods are mounted, specifically, the anchor rods are mounted in the mounting holes; grouting is conducted, specifically, grouting is conducted in the mounting holes to fix the anchor rods; frame beams are manufactured, wherein the protection frames are connected with the anchor rods; and pouring the lattice beam: pouring the protective frame and the anchor rod to form the lattice beam. According to the device, soil in a mounting hole is compact and stable through the extrusion mechanism, hole cleaning work after drilling is also achieved, meanwhile, compared with the size directly achieved through drilling, the size of the mounting hole formed after extrusion of the extrusion mechanism is more accurate, and therefore the construction efficiency and the protection effect of a slope supporting facility are improved.
