Thickening concrete containing bentonite and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses bentonite-containing thickening concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of concrete preparation, the bentonite-containing thickening concrete is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 300-400 parts of cement, 200-300 parts of modified bentonite, 100-150 parts of modified loess, 600-700 parts of coarse aggregate, 400-500 parts of fine aggregate, 50-100 parts of a fiber additive, 2-4 parts of a water reducer, and 150-200 parts of water. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, weighing raw materials in parts by weight for later use; s2, the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate are mixed and stirred for 20-30 min, and a mixture A is obtained; s3, cement, modified bentonite, modified loess, a water reducing agent and water are mixed and stirred for 30-50 min, and a mixture B is obtained; s4, mixing the mixture A, the mixture B and a fiber additive, and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain the thickening concrete. The concrete is sticky, convenient to construct, good in mechanical property, not prone to cracking, good in anti-seepage effect and capable of being widely applied to anti-seepage engineering or grouting engineering.
