Concrete layer for supporting or wall thickening and decomposition type preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a concrete layer for supporting or wall thickening and a decomposition type preparation method thereof, the concrete layer comprises a gravel net hung on a construction part and a mortar layer arranged on the gravel net, and mortar of the mortar layer is filled in gaps of the gravel net to jointly form a poured concrete structure layer; the decomposition type preparation method comprises the following steps that (1) a gravel net is prepared, and the gravel net is a metal mesh formed by fixing gravel according to a preset arrangement mode; (2) the gravel net is hung on a construction part where concrete needs to be poured; (3) a formwork is erected, and mortar is injected into the formwork; or the mortar is directly pressed and smeared or sprayed on the gravel net. The problem that gravel jamming is prone to occurring when concrete of an ultra-thin structure is poured can be solved, meanwhile, the strength, crack resistance, fracture resistance, shear resistance and other mechanical properties of the concrete layer can be improved, construction is easy and efficient, and the cost is low.
一种用于支护或墙体加厚的混凝土层及其分解式制备方法,其中的混凝土层,包括挂设在施工部位的碎石网及设置在所述碎石网上的砂浆层,所述砂浆层的砂浆充满碎石网的空隙后共同形成浇筑混凝土结构层;分解式制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)制备碎石网,所述碎石网为将碎石按照预设排列方式固定的金属网片;2)将碎石网挂设在需要浇筑混凝土的施工部位;3)支设模板,在模板内注入砂浆;或者,直接在碎石网上面压抹或喷射砂浆。本发明能够避免超薄结构的混凝土浇筑时容易发生碎石卡阻的问题,同时能够提高混凝土层的强度、抗裂、抗折、抗剪等力学性能,并且施工简单高效,成本较低。
