The invention discloses a preparation process of a cordierite diesel particulate filter, which comprises the following steps: respectively obtaining domestic talcum powder, kaolin and alumina powder, processing through a special process to obtain a raw material suitable for a sheet structure of the diesel particulate filter, adding aluminum hydroxide, quartz powder, a binder, water and a lubricant, and sintering to obtain the cordierite diesel particulate filter. A large-size cordierite diesel particulate filter mud blank meeting the process preparation requirement is obtained on the basis of a mold, and the cordierite diesel particulate filter which meets the product performance requirement and is made into the domestic raw materials is obtained after microwave drying and sintering. By adopting the preparation process provided by the invention, all units in China can finally select the mineral resources in China for preparation.
本发明公开了一种堇青石柴油机颗粒捕集器制备工艺，通过分别获取国产的滑石粉、高岭土和氧化铝粉后经过特殊工艺加工，得到能够适用于柴油机颗粒捕集器片状结构的原材料，再添加氢氧化铝、石英粉，粘结剂，水和润滑剂后，通过模具基础，得到大规格并符合工艺制备要求的堇青石柴油机颗粒捕集器泥坯，并通过微波干燥并烧成后得到符合产品性能要求的原料国产化的堇青石柴油机颗粒捕集器。采用本发明的制备工艺，最终能够使得国内的各单位能够选用国内本身的矿源进行制备。
