The invention discloses a corundum chemical ceramic prefabricated brick and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, metering and batching; the raw materials comprise sintered corundum, fused corundum, fused corundum powder, chrome corundum powder, fused alumina zirconia powder, chromic oxide, a nano composite material and an additive; 2, mixing the raw materials, and mechanically stirring; 3, the mixed bulk materials are metered, and sampling inspection is carried out; 4, a mold is designed and manufactured, then the bulk materials are poured and formed, and sampling inspection is conducted; step 5, normally curing the prefabricated product; step 6, sintering the cured prefabricated bricks in batches; step 7, performing low-temperature baking on the sintered brick body, and then performing quality inspection; and step 8, qualified products enter a packaging procedure and then are put into storage. The invention also provides the corundum chemical ceramic prefabricated brick prepared by the method. The refractory brick prepared by the invention can delay the erosion speed, and is not easy to adhere slag in the smelting process, and the service life is obviously prolonged.
