A construction method of a vibro-replacement gravel pile for lower-lying silt of a riprap layer comprises the steps that a lifting hopper, a collecting hopper, a double-lock pressure bin, a vibro-replacement guide rod and feeding pipe and a discharging port are included, a weighing facility is arranged on the lifting hopper to guarantee accurate feeding metering, and high-pressure water and gas are sprayed by a high-pressure water and gas pipe and a high-pressure water and gas nozzle arranged outside the vibro-replacement guide rod and feeding pipe during discharging; a cavity is formed in a sludge layer or a riprap body, so that smooth discharging is ensured; meanwhile, high-pressure steam is adopted for assisting pushing when stones in the riprap block the discharging opening; the construction equipment body is composed of a vibroflotation guide rod and feeding pipe, a shock absorber, a high-power vibroflotation device and a bottom opening water and gas nozzle. Vertically forming holes and forming a wall protecting system; and the vibroflotation equipment is lifted by a certain height, feeding is started, the vibroflotation equipment is lowered after filling is conducted, and the steps are repeated till a pile is formed. And front guide hole operation is not needed, equipment and personnel investment is reduced, and the engineering construction cost is reduced.
