According to the embodiment of the invention, through the arrangement of the cast-in-place bottom longitudinal beams, the prefabricated lower-layer middle columns, the prefabricated middle longitudinal beams, the prefabricated upper-layer middle columns and the prefabricated top longitudinal beams, the stress among the bottom-layer assembly, the middle-layer assembly and the top-layer assembly can be shared, so that the sizes of structural components of the bottom-layer assembly, the middle-layer assembly and the top-layer assembly are reduced; the overall outer frame size of the structure is reduced, and the occupied underground space is smaller.
