The invention relates to the technical field of subways, and discloses a fabricated subway station structure and a construction method thereof. A first prefabricated middle component, a first prefabricated lateral component, a second prefabricated middle component, a second prefabricated lateral component, a prefabricated lower-layer middle column, a prefabricated middle longitudinal beam, a prefabricated upper-layer middle stand column and a prefabricated top longitudinal beam can be arranged to be prefabricated components, and therefore the production quality of the prefabricated component is higher than that of a cast-in-place component; when the cast-in-place bottom plate is constructed, a foundation pit bottom cushion layer can be directly used as a formwork, the formwork building and dismantling time and material waste caused by the formwork building and dismantling time are omitted, and therefore the cast-in-place bottom plate has the advantage of being short in construction period; the self weight of the station structure can be dispersed to a larger range, so that deformation of the foundation pit is reduced, and meanwhile, the type change of the bottom longitudinal beam has more choices. And secondly, compared with a prefabricated bottom plate, the cast-in-place bottom plate can meet the requirements of upturning, downturning and other changes of the bottom longitudinal beam of the subway station.
本发明涉及地铁技术领域,公开了一种装配式地铁车站结构及其施工方法。本发明能够将第一预制中间构件、第一预制侧向构件、第二预制中间构件、第二预制侧向构件、预制下层中柱、预制中纵梁、预制上层中立柱以及预制顶纵梁设置为预制构件,因此其生产质量高于现浇构件,另外,现浇底板施工时可直接利用基坑底部垫层做模板,免去模板搭建和拆除的时间及由此引起的材料浪费,因此本发明仍具有施工周期短的优势,现浇底板在不增加模板工程量和工期的情况下,可以将车站结构的自重分散到更大的范围从而减小基坑的变形,同时使得底纵梁的型式变化有更多的选择。其次,相较预制底板,现浇底板还能够满足地铁车站的底纵梁上翻和下翻等变化的要求。
