The invention relates to the field of constructional engineering, in particular to a supporting formwork for avoiding slurry leakage of a special-shaped arc-shaped beam and a construction method of the supporting formwork. The supporting formwork comprises a first top plate (10), a first supporting plate (20), a first inclined plate (30), a second inclined plate (40) and at least two sets of structural plates (50); the first supporting plates (20) are in lap joint through the structural plates (50) to form a low-position semi-closed rectangular structure. According to the inclination angle of the special-shaped inclined cast-in-place structural beam, a first inclined plate (30) and a second inclined plate (40) are arranged through a semi-closed rectangular structure; the first top plate (10) is positioned in the mode of being in lap joint with the end of the first inclined plate (30) and the end of the second inclined plate (40). Lap joints which are matched with one another are arranged at the lap joints of the first top plate (10), the first supporting plate (20), the first inclined plate (30), the second inclined plate (40) and the structural plate (50) to form sealed lap joint. The method has the advantages of being low in cost, convenient to lap and not prone to slurry leakage.
