The invention discloses an automatic ventilation adjusting system for a building. When an outdoor temperature sensor senses that the outdoor temperature is smaller than a first threshold value and an indoor temperature sensor senses that the indoor temperature is larger than a second threshold value, a window is controlled to be opened; when the outdoor temperature sensor senses that the outdoor temperature is larger than a first threshold value and the indoor temperature sensor senses that the indoor temperature is larger than a second threshold value, the window is controlled to be closed, and meanwhile the indoor cold air module is controlled to supply cold air to the indoor space; when the outdoor wind speed sensor senses that the outdoor wind speed is larger than a third threshold value, the window is controlled to be closed; when the outdoor illuminance sensor senses that the outdoor illuminance is larger than a fourth threshold value, the window is controlled to be closed, and when the indoor humidity sensor senses that the indoor humidity is larger than a fifth threshold value, the window is controlled to be opened.
