High-barrier hot melt adhesive film, preparation method thereof and composite board
The invention relates to a high-barrier hot melt adhesive film, a preparation method thereof and a composite board. The hot melt adhesive film comprises a first adhesive layer used for being bonded with PVC, a second adhesive layer used for being bonded with metal and a transition layer arranged between the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer. The raw materials of the first adhesive layer comprise copolyester and styrene-acrylonitrile-glycidyl methacrylate, and the raw materials of the transition layer comprise nylon, maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene and glass flakes. According to the hot melt adhesive film disclosed by the invention, the raw material formula of the first adhesive layer and the transition layer is redesigned, so that the hot melt adhesive film has better plasticizer barrier property, better high-temperature peel strength and harder peel strength retention rate after thermal aging, and the hot melt adhesive film is used for bonding a composite board obtained by metal and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), so that the service life of the composite board is prolonged. The adhesive can be used in a more stringent use environment, and is especially suitable for the peeling strength requirement under long-term use conditions with high outdoor temperature throughout the year, such as areas near the equator.
