In order to solve the problem of welding fatigue of a conventional U-rib orthotropic steel bridge deck, an L-shaped opening longitudinal rib apple-shaped hole orthotropic steel bridge deck is adopted. Through the reasonable manufacturing scheme and the reasonable automatic production process, the quality instability caused by manual construction is reduced, the component yield is improved, and manufacturing of the novel orthotropic bridge deck is achieved.
