The invention discloses an assembly type composition board, a bridge deck slab structure and a manufacturing method of the bridge deck slab structure, and the assembly type composition board comprises a bottom steel plate which is fixedly provided with a plurality of connecting pieces which are arranged at intervals; the prefabricated concrete plate is provided with a plurality of connecting holes which are formed at intervals, the prefabricated concrete plate is arranged on the bottom steel plate, each connecting piece penetrates through the corresponding connecting hole and extends by a preset distance, and the prefabricated concrete plate is fixedly connected with the bottom steel plate through the connecting pieces; the constructional steel bar layer is arranged on the prefabricated concrete slab; and the UHPC layer is poured on the prefabricated concrete plate, the constructional steel bar layer is wrapped in the UHPC layer, and the end, away from the bottom steel plate, of the connecting piece is also located in the UHPC layer. According to the invention, the bottom steel plate and the prefabricated concrete plate as well as the prefabricated concrete plate and the UHPC layer have very strong anti-sliding capability, so that deformation coordination can be realized; and prefabricated production can be achieved, and the site construction progress is effectively accelerated.
