The invention discloses an open caisson structure with friction-reducing and sinking-assisting material leakage-proof functions, an open caisson is provided with a cylindrical well wall, the bottom of the well wall is provided with an annular blade foot, an annular cavity is defined between the well wall and surrounding soil, and friction-reducing and sinking-assisting materials are injected into the annular cavity during open caisson construction so as to reduce friction force between the open caisson and the surrounding soil. The outer surface of the bottom end of the well wall shrinks in the radial direction to form the blade foot, the radial inner end diameter of the blade foot is the same as the inner diameter of the well wall, the outer diameter of the blade foot is linearly reduced from top to bottom, so that surrounding soil protrudes in the radial direction at the blade foot to form a big-end-up horn mouth, and the blade foot is pressed on the horn mouth. The method is used in open caisson construction, and smooth proceeding of the open caisson construction is guaranteed. Due to the fact that the friction-reducing sinking-assisting materials cannot leak in a large amount, the technical aim of expected reduction of the friction force between the open caisson and the surrounding soil body can be easily achieved through the friction-reducing sinking-assisting materials, the phenomenon that the open caisson cannot sink due to the fact that the friction force is too large is avoided, and it is guaranteed that open caisson construction is conducted smoothly.
本发明公开了一种具有降摩助沉料防漏功能的沉井结构,沉井具有筒形的井壁,井壁底部设有环形的刃脚,井壁与周围土体之间围成环形空腔,沉井施工中在环形空腔内注入降摩助沉料以减小沉井与周围土体间的摩擦力,井壁底端部外表面径向收缩形成所述刃脚,刃脚的径向内端直径与井壁内径相同,刃脚的外径由上向下线性减小使得周围土体在刃脚处径向凸起形成上大下小的喇叭口,刃脚压在喇叭口上。本发明用在沉井施工中,保证了沉井施工的顺利进行。由于降摩助沉料不会大量泄露,因而很容易通过降摩助沉料实现预期的降低沉井与周围土体间的摩擦力的技术目标,避免发生沉井因摩擦力过大而无法下沉的现象,保证沉井施工顺利进行。
