Caisson structure for assisting sinking and reinforcing
The caisson structure comprises a caisson foundation body, the bottom of the caisson foundation body is open, the top of the caisson foundation body is of a closed structure, an anchor hole and a negative pressure channel different from the center position are formed in the center of the top of the caisson foundation body, and the negative pressure channel communicates with the interior of the caisson foundation body; and vibration exciters are symmetrically arranged at the positions, located on the two sides of the anchor hole, of the top of the caisson foundation body, and high-pressure jet grouting devices are arranged on the side faces of the caisson foundation body, and the friction force of the side walls of the caisson foundation body and the bottom soil body resistance can be reduced through the vibration exciters and the high-pressure jet grouting devices, so that the caisson foundation body sinks and is reinforced. The caisson foundation has the beneficial effects that the vibration exciter is installed at the top of the caisson foundation body, meanwhile, the high-pressure rotary spraying device is arranged on the side wall of the caisson foundation body, friction force of the side wall of the caisson foundation body is reduced through vibration excitation, bottom resistance of the caisson foundation body is reduced through the high-pressure rotary spraying device, grouting is conducted, and the caisson foundation body sinks in place and is reinforced.
本发明公开了一种用于辅助下沉及加固的沉箱结构,包括底部开口、顶部呈封闭结构的沉箱基础本体,沉箱基础本体的顶部中心设有锚孔及异于中心位置的负压通道,负压通道与沉箱基础本体的内部相连通;沉箱基础本体的顶部位于锚孔两侧对称布置有激振器,以及布置在沉箱基础本体侧面的高压旋喷装置,通过激振器和高压旋喷装置能够降低沉箱基础本体侧壁的摩擦力及底部土体阻力,以使沉箱基础本体下沉并加固。有益效果:通过在沉箱基础本体顶部安装激振器,同时在沉箱基础本体侧壁布置高压旋喷装置,通过激振降低沉箱基础本体侧壁的摩擦力,通过高压旋喷装置降低沉箱基础本体底部阻力并注浆,使得沉箱基础本体下沉到位并得到加固。
