The street lamp is electrically connected with the storage battery, and the street lamp, the motor and the gearbox are all electrically connected with the PLC control cabinet. Waste utilization can be achieved, energy is saved, drainage of the drainage pipeline can be promoted, and urban inland inundation is prevented.
