Double steel plate-intelligent concrete composite shear wall and manufacturing method
The invention provides a double steel plate-intelligent concrete composite shear wall and a manufacturing method. According to the shear wall, an external steel plate serves as a mold, and steel slag-steel fiber composite concrete is poured; and C50 concrete can be selectively filled according to the actual wall thickness requirement. The steel plate and the concrete are connected through the steel studs and the steel stiffening ribs so as to guarantee cooperative work. The preparation method comprises the following steps: welding the combined double-steel-plate shell, arranging the copper net electrode with the protective layer and the wire, pouring the steel slag-steel fiber composite concrete, and considering whether the surface is galled after the composite concrete is maintained and the common (C50) concrete is continuously filled or not according to actual conditions. Compared with the prior art, on the premise that the original advantages that an original double-steel-plate concrete composite shear wall is easy to construct, good in dynamic performance and anti-seismic performance and the like are reserved, the capacity of sensing whether internal concrete fails or not is given to the shear wall. And a new design thought is provided for important engineering components.
本发明提供一种双钢板‑智能混凝土组合剪力墙及做法。该剪力墙以外部钢板为模具,浇筑钢渣‑钢纤维复合混凝土;并且可根据实际墙厚需要,选择性填充C50混凝土。钢板与混凝土利用钢栓钉和钢加劲肋连接以保证协同工作。其制备方法包括:焊接好组合双钢板外壳、布置好带防护层的铜网电极与导线、浇筑钢渣‑钢纤维复合混凝土、以及根据实际情况考虑是否养护复合混凝土后表面拉毛并继续填充普通(C50)混凝土。与现有技术相比,本发明在保留了原有双钢板混凝土组合剪力墙易施工,动力性能、抗震性能良好等原有优点的前提下,赋予其自我感知内部混凝土是否失效的能力。为重要工程构件提供一种新的设计思路。
