The leveling mechanism comprises a troweling plate fixed at the bottom end of the frame body, and a vibration element is arranged on the upper surface of the troweling plate; the shoveling and conveying mechanism comprises a lifting mechanism installed on the frame body, and the lifting mechanism is connected with the scraping and shoveling assembly. The film covering mechanism comprises a support, the support is connected with the frame body through a connecting assembly, the support is connected with a film covering roller, the film covering roller is used for installing a covering film, and the film covering roller is located behind the troweling plate. By means of the leveling and film covering device, the working efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity is reduced.
