Ground leveling robot with automatic film covering function
The invention is suitable for the technical field of construction robots, and provides an automatic film covering ground leveling robot which comprises a robot chassis, a leveling mechanism, an automatic film covering mechanism and a clamp locking device. The robot chassis is used for bearing the leveling mechanism and achieving movement. The leveling mechanism is used for vibrating concrete and leveling the ground; the automatic film covering mechanism is fixed to the leveling mechanism through a clamp locking device and used for conducting film covering operation and cutting along with movement of the robot. According to the real-time elevation leveling technology based on the laser control system, complex concrete ground leveling work can be achieved. Due to the design of the four-wheel differential chassis, the robot can flexibly cope with complex and changeable construction environments. In addition, the robot further integrates an automatic film covering function, a film can be automatically covered to preserve moisture, and secondary damage is avoided, so that the construction efficiency and quality are improved, and the construction cost and dependence on personnel are reduced.
