The invention provides a wireless concrete automatic vibration flattening and film covering device and a construction method. The wireless concrete automatic vibration flattening and film covering device comprises a holding frame, a film support, a film cutter, a vibration flattening plate and a vibration generator, and the holding frame is connected with the film support through a telescopic rod; the vibrating plate is arranged between the holding frame and the membrane bracket and is hinged with the telescopic rod; the membrane cutter is arranged on the membrane support, the vibration generator is arranged on the vibration plate, and controllers of the membrane cutter and the vibration generator are both arranged on the holding frame. By means of the structure such as the vibration plate, automatic vibration leveling of treading traces before film covering is achieved, later surface repairing is avoided, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened; automatic film cutting is achieved through the film cutter, and manpower is saved; through the arranged electric box and storage battery, the free mobility of the device is improved, and the device is not limited by a fixed power supply, the length of an electric wire and the like; and through the arrangement of the telescopic rod and the hinge support, the distance between the vibration flat plate and the plastic film roll is adjustable, and the application range of the device is widened.
