Method for reinforcing reinforced concrete composite column by adopting pipe-in-pipe structure
The invention relates to a method for reinforcing a reinforced concrete composite column by adopting a pipe-in-pipe structure. The method comprises the following steps: treating the surface of the column; the outer sleeve steel pipe is treated and fixed; new concrete is poured between the original steel pipe composite column and the outer sleeve steel pipe; and the outer steel pipe is connected with a beam node after rust-proof treatment. The outer sleeve steel pipe concrete structure is applied to the reinforcement technology of the composite column, the method for reinforcing the damaged composite column is provided, the adhesive anchor bolt plays a role in reinforcing the integrity of a new concrete interface and an old concrete interface, and the bending end of the outer sleeve steel pipe and the rib plates reinforce constraint on core concrete, so that the composite column is reinforced. The externally-sleeved steel pipe plays a hooping role and also bears a part of external force, the newly-poured concrete reinforces the damaged position of the original composite column, the strength of the original composite column is fully exerted, the bearing capacity and rigidity of the damaged composite column can be improved, construction is convenient, the reinforcing cost is low, economic benefits are high, and wide application prospects are achieved.
本发明涉及一种采用管中管结构加固钢筋混凝土叠合柱的方法。本方法包括以下步骤:对柱表面进行处理;对外套钢管进行处理,固定外套钢管;在原钢管叠合柱与外套钢管之间浇筑新混凝土;外套钢管防锈处理后与梁结点连接。本发明中将外套钢管混凝土结构应用到叠合柱的加固技术之中,提出了应用于对受到损伤的叠合柱进行加固的方法,胶粘型锚栓起到加强新旧混凝土界面整体性作用,外套钢管弯折端部与肋板加强对核心混凝土的约束,外套钢管起到套箍作用的同时也承担一部分外力,新浇筑的混凝土对原叠合柱受损位置进行加固,使得原叠合柱强度充分发挥,本方法能够提高受损叠合柱的承载力和刚度,施工方便,加固成本低,经济效益高,具有广泛的应用前景。
