REINFORCING STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE COLUMN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reinforce a bent position being a point which is particularly severe in terms of stress while suppressing the overlap of weld lines, in a steel pipe column having the bent position in which an angle formed of a horizontal face is changed.SOLUTION: A reinforcing structure of a steel pipe column comprises: a rib 12 which is arranged so as to contact with at least a part of an inner face of the steel pipe column 100 in a bent position 100D, and to progress along a direction in which the inner face of the steel pipe column 100 extends, and attached to the inner face of the steel pipe column 100 by welding; an inner steel pipe 14 which is arranged inside the steel pipe column 100, whose upper end part is located above the bent position 100D, whose lower end part is located below the bent position 100D, and which is embedded into a support baseboard 204 at its lower end part; and a connecting steel material 16 which is arranged in a substance-horizontal direction at its longitudinal direction, and connects the rib 12 and the inner steel pipe 14. In the steel pipe column 100, concrete 18 is charged up to at least an upper part rather than the bent position 100D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】水平面とのなす角が変化する屈曲位置を有する鋼管柱において、応力的に特に厳しい箇所である屈曲位置を、溶接線の重なりを少なく抑えつつ、効果的に補強する。【解決手段】鋼管柱100の屈曲位置100Dにおける内面の少なくとも一部と接するように、かつ、鋼管柱100の内面の延びる方向に沿うように配置されていて、鋼管柱100の内面に溶接により取り付けられているリブ12と、鋼管柱100の内側に配置されていて、上端部は屈曲位置100Dよりも上方に位置し、下端部が屈曲位置100Dよりも下方に位置し、下端部が支持基盤204に埋め込まれている内部鋼管14と、長手方向が略水平方向に配置されていてリブ12と内部鋼管14とを連結する連結鋼材16と、を備え、鋼管柱100の内側には、少なくとも屈曲位置100Dよりも上方までコンクリート18が充填されている。【選択図】図2
