The invention discloses a method for reinforcing a masonry column by adopting an outer sleeve steel pipe concrete. Comprising the following steps: step 1, chiseling the outer wall of a masonry column to be reinforced; secondly, a steel wire mesh is wound on the surface of the masonry column to be reinforced; 3, chemically planting steel bars on the surfaces of the masonry columns; fourthly, the masonry column to be reinforced is sleeved with two prefabricated semicircular or semi-square steel plates, and field butt welding is carried out; and fifthly, self-compacting concrete is poured between the outer sleeve steel pipe and the to-be-reinforced masonry column, and reinforcement is completed. According to the method, the masonry column which cannot meet the use function requirement is reinforced through the outer sleeve steel pipe interlayer concrete, the bearing capacity and rigidity of the original masonry column can be greatly improved, construction is convenient and fast, and economic benefits are remarkable.
本发明公开一种采用外套钢管混凝土加固砌体柱的方法。包括如下步骤:步骤一,将待加固砌体柱外壁进行凿毛;步骤二,将钢丝网缠绕在待加固砌体柱表面;步骤三,在砌体柱表面进行化学植筋;步骤四,在待加固砌体柱外套设两块预制的半圆形或半方形钢板,并进行现场对焊;步骤五,在外套钢管和待加固砌体柱之间浇筑自密实混凝土,完成加固。本发明针对无法满足使用功能要求的砌体柱,提出用外套钢管夹层混凝土进行加固,该方法可大幅度提高原有砌体柱的承载力和刚度,施工便捷,经济效益显著。
