High-carbonization-resistance and high-toughness cement-based repairing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a cement-based repairing material with high carbonization resistance and high toughness and a preparation method of the cement-based repairing material. The cement-based repairing material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 600 to 700 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 200 to 300 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 1000 parts of sand, 60 to 80 parts of gypsum, 3 to 5 parts of a capillary crystalline material, 11.5 to 13.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 5 to 8 parts of a retarder, 17 to 20 parts of fibers and 320 to 350 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, combining the ordinary Portland cement, the sulphoaluminate cement, the gypsum and the capillary crystalline material, then sequentially adding the water, the water reducing agent, the retarder and the polyvinyl alcohol fiber, and then vibrating, inserting and tamping, and laminating and curing to obtain the cement-based repairing material with high carbonization resistance and high toughness.
