Quick-hardening high-toughness cement-based material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a quick-hardening high-toughness cement-based material and a preparation method thereof. A dry material (sulphoaluminate cement, quartz sand and a polycarboxylate superplasticizer) and a suspension (containing lithium carbonate, sodium hexametaphosphate, cellulose nanosheets and water) are mechanically stirred and poured, and then a transparent solution (containing nano calcium hydroxide and PTB emulsion) is brushed. In order to solve the problem that the slurry cannot be quickly hardened and early strengthened due to the fact that lithium carbonate is easy to agglomerate, a method of jointly assisting lithium carbonate dispersion with sodium hexametaphosphate and cellulose nanosheets is adopted, so that uniform dispersion of lithium carbonate in the cement slurry is realized, and the compressive strength and stability of a cement-based material are improved. The coating composed of the nano calcium hydroxide and the PTB emulsion can effectively hinder water loss of the cement paste, and meanwhile, the nano calcium hydroxide can supplement water for hydration of the cement paste to jointly inhibit drying shrinkage of a cement matrix.
本发明公开了一种快硬高韧性水泥基材料及其制备方法。由干料(硫铝酸盐水泥、石英砂、聚羧酸高效减水剂)和悬浮液(含碳酸锂、六偏磷酸钠、纤维素纳米片和水)机械搅拌、浇筑后涂刷透明溶液(含纳米氢氧化钙和PTB乳液)后得到。针对碳酸锂易团聚导致浆料无法快硬早强的问题,采用六偏磷酸钠和纤维素纳米片共同辅助碳酸锂分散的方法,实现碳酸锂在水泥浆料中均匀分散,提升了水泥基材料的抗压强度及稳定性。由纳米氢氧化钙和PTB乳液组成的涂层,可有效阻碍水泥浆体的水分散失,同时纳米氢氧化钙可为水泥浆料水化补充水分,共同抑制水泥基体的干燥收缩。
