Stay cable
The stay cable comprises a stay cable body and a plurality of sleeves sequentially arranged on the stay cable body in a sleeving mode, the center distance between every two adjacent sleeves is 8-10 times of the diameter of the stay cable body, the width of each sleeve is equal to the diameter of the stay cable body, and the wall thickness of each sleeve is 0.3-0.5 times of the diameter of the stay cable body; the stay cable has the three-dimensional geometrical characteristic in the mode that the sleeve is arranged on the stay cable body, that is, the section diameter has stepped discontinuous change in the axial direction, and the characteristic can cause axial flow, inhibit vortex shedding of wake flow, improve the basic pressure coefficient and weaken the correlation of flow in the spanwise direction at the same time; resistance borne by the structure is reduced, and vortex-induced vibration is restrained; besides, when the size and installation requirements of the sleeves meet the conditions, on the premise that it is guaranteed that vortex falling is well restrained through the stay cable, the use number of the sleeves is controlled within a reasonable range, the use number of the sleeves is reduced, and the construction cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种斜拉索,包括斜拉索本体和依次套设在斜拉索本体上的若干套管,相邻套管的中心距为斜拉索本体的直径的8倍至10倍,套管的宽度与斜拉索的直径相同,套管的壁厚为斜拉索本体的直径的0.3倍至0.5倍;本发明通过采用在斜拉索本体上设置套管的方式,来使斜拉索具有三维几何特征,即断面直径沿轴向存在阶梯形的不连续变化,该特征会造成轴向的流动,抑制尾流的旋涡脱落,提高基本压力系数,同时减弱流动沿展向的相关性,减小结构承受的阻力,抑制涡激振动的发生;此外,当套管的尺寸和安装要求符合上述条件时,使得斜拉索在保证较好的抑制漩涡脱落的前提下,使得套管的使用数量控制在一个合理的范围内,减少套管的使用数量,节约施工成本。
