Application of all-solid waste cementing material in treatment of waste antimony smelting slag
The invention provides an application of an all-solid waste cementing material in treatment of waste antimony smelting slag, and the all-solid waste cementing material is used for preparing the waste antimony smelting slag into a cured rubber block material so as to cure arsenic and antimony contained in the waste antimony smelting slag. Wherein in the cured rubber block material, the curing rate of arsenic and the curing rate of antimony are both not lower than 90%; the application comprises the following steps: step 1, screening the waste antimony smelting slag, adding the all-solid waste cementing material and a proper amount of water into the screened waste antimony smelting slag, and stirring by using a stirrer to obtain paste; and 2, injecting the paste into a mold, compacting by vibration, and curing in a curing box for 3-28 days to obtain the cured rubber block material. According to the obtained cured rubber block material, the curing rate of the arsenic element and the curing rate of the antimony element both reach 90%, migration of the arsenic and the antimony in the waste antimony smelting slag is effectively prevented, and one-step curing of the arsenic and the antimony is achieved. And the cured rubber block material with greatly improved compressive strength is also obtained, the compressive strength of the cured rubber block material is as high as 34 Mpa, and the cured rubber block material can be applied to building materials.
本发明提供一种全固废胶凝材料在治理废弃锑冶炼渣的应用,该全固废胶凝材料用于将废弃锑冶炼渣制备成固化胶块材料,以固化废弃锑冶炼渣中含有的砷、锑;其中,固化胶块材料中,砷、锑的固化率均不低于90%;应用包括如下步骤:步骤1、对废弃锑冶炼渣进行筛分,向筛分后的废弃锑冶炼渣中加入全固废胶凝材料和适量水,用搅拌机进行搅拌,得到膏体;步骤2、将所述膏体注入模具,振实,放入养护箱中养护3~28d,获得所述固化胶块材料。所得到的固化胶块材料,其砷和锑元素的固化率均达到90%,有效阻止了废弃锑冶炼渣中砷和锑的迁移,实现了对砷和锑的一步固化。并且还得到了抗压强度大幅改善的固化胶块材料,其抗压强度高至34Mpa,可应用于建筑材料。
