The invention relates to the technical field of lifting stages, and discloses a matrix type self-control mechanical lifting stage which comprises a base and a lifting mechanism, a fixing shell is fixedly connected to the top of the base, a plurality of lifting plates are inserted into the top of the fixing shell, two guide grooves are formed in the top of the base, and an electric trolley is slidably connected between the guide grooves; the lifting mechanism is arranged at the top of the electric trolley, a plurality of protruding columns are welded to the top of the lifting mechanism, a base plate is arranged at the top of the lifting mechanism, a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the bottom of the base plate, the protruding columns are connected with the positioning holes in an inserted mode, an infrared receiver is embedded in the bottom of the base plate, and an infrared transmitter is embedded in the top of the lifting mechanism. The infrared transmitter is electrically connected with the infrared receiver, and the lifting mechanism comprises a supporting shell. According to the lifting stage, the lifting plate and the lifting mechanism can be movably connected, so that later maintenance of the lifting stage is facilitated, and potential safety hazards of the lifting stage are reduced.
