The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a multi-layer slow-release additive for negative-temperature rush-repair concrete and a preparation and use method thereof. The multi-layer slow-release additive sequentially comprises a hydration regulation and control layer, a condensation regulation and control layer, a pore regulation and control layer and a temperature regulation and control layer from outside to inside; the mass ratio of the hydration regulation and control layer to the condensation regulation and control layer to the pore regulation and control layer to the temperature regulation and control layer is (1-2): (1-2): (1-2): 5; the multi-layer slow-release additive realizes targeted regulation and control on the mixing, curing and service processes of the negative-temperature rush-repair concrete through a differential packaging technology; the hydration regulation and control layer is released after being dissolved in hot water; after the water-soluble film is swelled, the condensation regulation and control layer is slowly released; the isolation layer is dissolved in an alkaline environment to release the pore regulation and control layer; and the temperature regulation and control layer is a cement layer for permanently packaging a phase change material. The multi-layer slow-release additive is simple in preparation process and convenient to operate when being used for repairing and reinforcing, and the constructability and durability of negative-temperature repairing concrete can be improved.
