The invention discloses a preparation method of an efficient sulfate type gypsum coagulant, which comprises the following steps: S100, adding a grinding aid and a sulfate type coagulant into a ball mill together, grinding to uniformly mix the coagulant and the grinding aid, and grinding to obtain a solid coagulant and grinding aid mixed product; s200, a temperature monitor is installed in the ball mill in the step S100, and the material temperature in the grinding process is fed back to the PLC program; s300, a cooling device is installed outside the ball mill in the step S100, and starting and stopping of the cooling device are automatically controlled through the material temperature signal received by the PLC program in the step S200 so as to adjust the material temperature; the gypsum coagulant prepared by the invention effectively avoids the problems of further increase of the addition amount of the sulfate coagulant and resource waste caused by mutual counteraction of the effects of the sulfate coagulant and the liquid retarder which are added by a wet method in the prior art, and further facilitates reduction of the production cost of the gypsum board.
本发明公开了一种高效硫酸盐类石膏促凝剂的制备方法,包括步骤S100‑S700,其部分步骤如下:S100、将助磨剂和硫酸盐类促凝剂一同加入到球磨机中,并进行研磨,使促凝剂和助磨剂混合均匀,研磨后得到固态的促凝剂、助磨剂混合产品;S200、通过在步骤S100中的球磨机内部安装温度监测器,将研磨过程中的物料温度反馈至PLC程序;S300、通过在步骤S100中的球磨机外部安装降温装置,利用步骤S200中PLC程序接收到的物料温度信号自动控制降温装置的启停,以调节物料温度;本发明制备出的石膏促凝剂有效避免了现有技术中湿法添加硫酸盐类促凝剂与液态缓凝剂的效果相互抵消,造成硫酸盐类促凝剂的添加量进一步增大,产生资源浪费的问题,进而有利于降低石膏板的生产成本。
