Silica-containing stone-like water-permeable floor mortar and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the field of mortar, in particular to silicon dioxide-containing stone-like permeable floor mortar and a preparation process thereof, industrial waste residues are introduced into raw materials to serve as aggregate, and the particle size and mass ratio of iron tailing slag, waste glass and biomass power plant ash are controlled; silica fume is introduced to be compounded with industrial waste residues to serve as a composite exciting agent; the preparation method comprises the following steps: treating silica fume by using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and succinic anhydride to carboxylate the silica fume, and then grafting polyamino ionic liquid synthesized by using diethylenetriamine and imidazole to obtain modified silica fume; by adding the bagasse fiber, the complex structure of the cement and the industrial waste residue from macroscopic scale to nano scale is optimized while waste is turned into wealth, and the mortar is endowed with excellent non-deformability and reinforcing ability; bagasse fiber aerogel is prepared by adopting an alkali solvent system to dissolve and regenerate, sodium periodate is adopted to oxidize, and then the bagasse fiber aerogel is grafted with polyamino ionic liquid through Schiff base reaction to obtain the composite bagasse fiber aerogel.
