The invention provides a steel-concrete composite beam bridge body pouring device which comprises a hopper, lifting rings are symmetrically arranged at the top of the hopper, a discharging pipe communicated with the hopper is arranged at the bottom of the hopper, an adjusting valve is arranged on the discharging pipe, and a control handle used for controlling the adjusting valve is hinged to one side of the hopper. A telescopic chute is rotationally arranged at the lower end of the discharging pipe; according to the concrete discharging device, the hopper can be suspended above the steel box girder through a lifting device through the lifting ring, the interior of the hopper is used for temporarily storing concrete, one end of the telescopic chute is rotationally arranged at the lower end of the discharging pipe, so that the angle of the telescopic chute can be adjusted, meanwhile, the telescopic chute can stretch out and draw back, and the output position of the concrete is flexibly adjusted; and the construction efficiency is improved while uniform stress of the steel box girder is ensured.
