The invention discloses an automobile ramp dismantling construction method and a hoisting assembly framework thereof, and the method comprises the following steps: carrying out surveying and setting-out division on a ramp structure to form water flowing direction sections, and taking positions as dismantling positions along the longitudinal direction based on the water flowing direction sections; hoisting holes are drilled in the sub-positions in the longitudinal direction according to the water flowing direction; according to the longitudinal sub-positions of the water flowing direction subsections, the ramp structure to be dismantled is cut into blocks; and the cut and partitioned ramp structure is lifted and hoisted away through hoisting equipment based on the hoisting holes, and the lifted and hoisted-away ramp partitioned structure is synchronously transported outwards to an off-site temporary storage yard to be crushed and absorbed. The technical problems that in the prior art, when an automobile ramp is dismantled, the overall construction procedure is tedious and complex, the construction efficiency is low, and after a structure is dismantled, the hoisting stability is poor and the risk is high in the stage of hoisting away from the site are solved.
