All-casing pore-forming secant pile construction method
The invention discloses a construction method for an all-casing pore-forming secant pile. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a site is leveled; step 2, measuring and placing pile positions according to building red line control points; thirdly, a reinforced concrete guide wall is constructed on the upper portion of the pile top; fourthly, the casing drilling machine is moved to the correct position, and the center of a pipe holding device of the casing drilling machine is correspondingly positioned in the center of the guide wall hole site; fifthly, the first section of pipe is hoisted in a pile machine jaw, and the perpendicularity of the casing pipe is aligned through a plumb bob; sixthly, hole cleaning operation is conducted after hole forming is completed; seventhly, a reinforcement cage is manufactured and hoisted; and eighthly, a guide pipe and a funnel are installed, then concrete is poured, and secant pile construction is completed. According to the construction method for the all-casing pore-forming secant pile, through the arrangement of the step 3, the guide wall can be arranged before drilling, and therefore subsequent pore-forming and construction can be better guided.
