The composite thermal insulation building block comprises a building block main body, a through cavity is formed in the building block main body, a thermal insulation layer is arranged on the outer wall of the building block main body, a groove is formed in the outer wall of the thermal insulation layer, and the outer wall of the thermal insulation layer is sleeved with a protective layer. Compared with the prior art, the composite heat preservation building block can protect the heat preservation layer by arranging the protection layer, and then the problem that the heat preservation layer is not protected and is prone to damage is solved; in the manufacturing process, the heat preservation layer can be fixed in the mold shell, and therefore the problem that in the casting process, the heat preservation layer moves in the mold shell, and consequently the thickness of a cast protection layer is different is solved.
本发明公开一种复合保温砌块,包括砌块主体,砌块主体的内部开设有通腔,砌块主体的外壁设置有保温层,保温层的外壁开设有凹槽,且保温层的外壁套设有保护层。与现有技术相比,本发明复合保温砌块通过设置保护层,可以保护保温层,进而避免保温层没有保护而容易损坏的问题;在制造的过程中,可以把保温层固定在模具外壳内,进而避免在浇铸的过程中,保温层在模具外壳内移动,而使得浇铸出来的保护层薄厚不一的问题。
