The invention relates to an assembly type installation method of a unit UHPC curtain wall. Comprising the steps that UHPC panels and aluminum alloy frames are combined into unit bodies in a factory; the unit bodies are classified and numbered and conveyed to a construction site for assembly type installation according to the engineering installation sequence; during installation, the unit bodies are embedded in a yin-yang mode, so that the vertical frame of the unit assembly is directly fixed on the main body structure, and the borne load is directly transmitted to the main body structure through the vertical frame of the unit assembly. The curtain wall unit bodies are assembled in a processing plant, the quality of the curtain wall can be well controlled from a material processing source, the quality of the curtain wall is controlled in the whole process of processing, transportation, field inspection and installation construction, the construction quality of the curtain wall is improved, and the appearance quality of a building is guaranteed. The curtain wall unit bodies are assembled on site, noise, flying dust and light pollution are reduced, and green building is achieved.
本发明是一种单元体UHPC幕墙的装配式安装方法；包括将UHPC面板及铝合金框架在工厂组合成单元体；将单元体分类编号并按工程安装顺序运往工地进行装配式安装；安装时，单元体与单元体之间采用阴阳镶嵌的结构形式，如此，单元组件的竖框直接固定在主体结构上，所承受的荷载是由单元组件的竖框直接传递到主体结构。幕墙单元体在加工厂进行组装，可以很好的从材料加工源头控制幕墙的质量，并从加工、运输、进场检验、安装施工全过程对幕墙质量进行控制，提升了幕墙施工的质量，保证了建筑外观质量。现场对幕墙单元体进行装配式安装，减少了噪音、扬尘、光污染，实现了绿色建造。
